		<description>I have been working in .net for 2 years, but still i fail in most of the interview.
But in the company i have good name. I finish any kind of issue. Any taks will be done my me. The reason is i have logical knowledge. Any task can be done my me. But i dont have knowledge in explaining other. One should develop both communication and technical skills.</description>

I don't know about practice making perfect. I practiced a lot on piano and guitar and I never made it to Carnegie Hall nor did I get to open for the Rolling Stones. :)</description>
